Terms of Use

searchya, by your request, we offer service of importing commodities on behalf of our customers. Please read carefully the following terms and conditions and agree with them before your request.
Article 1 (Purpose of the Terms)
Terms are provide for the use of the services searchya (the "Site”) Words in the terms have the meanings set forth below.
1. "Terms" means Terms and Conditions including other terms and conditions listed on the site, collectively referred to as Notes.
2. "User" or “Members” means an individual who views this web site or request service to us after he/she agrees with the terms.
3. "Service" contains all services provided on the site, regardless of cost.
Article 2 (User/Membership)
1. This service shall be performed by a non-present transaction primarily through the Internet.
2. The user agreed with the terms and conditions, can request the Service.
3. We may not admit a membership or we may cancel it anytime, even after it was once admitted, when we find any conditions set out below.
  1. If you are under the age of 20.
  2. If you are unable to be reached by phone or e-mail.
  3. If your membership has been canceled due to the violation of terms in the past.
  4. If you have neglected a payment of debt to us.
  5. In the case that we deem your membership is inadequate.
4. The members are prohibited to let the third party use, loan, transfer, pawn, sell or buy the membership.
Article 3. (Service request)
1. Service shall be requested in the manner prescribed in terms.
2. It shall be deemed that the contract, in terms of the commodity, will be established at the moment we confirm your payment, following an e-mail which shows our acceptance of your request as a rule.
3. Cancelation will not be accepted once your request is established with the payment.
4. The members are assumed to pay the price for commodities by the time of our request by the way we provide.
5. When the member will not pay the price such as commodities by the time we specify, we deem that you release the request and we may cancel your order without any notifications.
6. Members are prohibited to let the third party use, loan, transfer, pawn, sell or buy the collateral rights which was produced on the service we provide.
Article 4. (Fees)
1. The amount you shall pay for your request on this site is including the price of commodity, shipping and handling fee and commission fee for import.
Article 5. (Return and exchange of goods)
1. The product of your order can not be refund except the condition below.
  1. When you received a different item you ordered.
  2. Returning item should be unopened and unused and it should be sent with your notice to us, by the way and to the place we designate, within seven days after the arrival of goods.
2. If we consider that the exchange is impossible in any way, we may be able to refund it by the way we offer.
Article 6. (Deletion of registration)
1. You can delete the information of your registration by the way we designate.
Article 7. (Abolition and Change in Service)
The service of this site may be abolished and changed without prior notice at any time. We have no responsibility for any trouble or damage it may cause.
Article 8. (Prohibited matters)
1. You are prohibited to act or make an action which may cause any of the following matters.
  1. With the purpose of illegal use of this site.
  2. Defaming the reputation of this site and other third parties, or violating the privacy of members.
  3. Leading to criminal acts such as fraud.
  4. Act pretending as to third parties to use this site.
  5. Providing, recommending or sending computer viruses and other harmful programs.
  6. Falsifying or information on this site or clearing information of other third parties.
  7. The unauthorized use of equipment such as this site and other third parties, or acts that compromise the operation.
  8. Violating the terms, separated agreements or laws, or public orders.
  9. Obstructing the operation of this site.
  10. Request of purchasing a product that violates the treaty and laws.
  11. Violating trademarks, copyright, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights, right of publicity, infringement of publicity or other rights of this site or other third party.
  12. Inappropriate action for this site and others.
2. We may claim the compensation for damages which are caused by your violating the terms or individual agreements.
Article 9. (Solution for problems)
In the event of a dispute, we do our best to solve the problems and if the matters are not resolved between you and us, they shall be treated in the court of the legal authorities in Hong Kong.
Article 10: (Revision of Terms)
Terms and conditions shall be revised or supplemented. Revision or supplementation of terms and conditions shall be effective from the moment they are posted on the website.
Article 11: (Delivery Policy)
It usually takes 1 to 2 weeks to deliver a commodity from a warehouse to a customer. However, it may sometimes takes longer than that because of an unexpected trouble in the distribution system or custom procedures.
If it takes more than 14days, you may be able to cancel the request.
